Alice in Chains, the heavy metal Seattle based quartet, stopped by The Tabernacle in Atlanta on their present tour. Last year, the group played an incredibly memorable set at the city’s Music Midtown and didn’t divert from the recipe this time around. Fronted by William DuVall since 2006, the show served as a homecoming for the band that’s so close to many fans’ hearts.
Alice in Chains performed 18 tracks, spanning from their first album to their most recent, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here. The concert hall responded well to Alice in Chains’ presence and was more than happy to join into the grunginess called fun.
The band’s tour swings through the west coast for the next two weeks before finishing in Reno, NV.
