Twenty One Pilots and Jon Bellion is a perfect performance pairing. Both acts have gained a massive following due to their enticing ability to bend and blend genres. Bellion, who mixes contemporary pop with rap, rock and other genre influences, gained most of his followers by releasing free mixtapes early in his career. His first official debut studio release, The Human Condition, charted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 in June of this year - only trailing behind artists like Drake, Nick Jonas and Beyonce.
North Carolina gets a double dose of Bellion in the next 5 months. Before his February stop with Twenty One Pilots in Greensboro, fans can snag a seat for a more intimate performance in Raleigh in November.
As for Twenty One Pilots, the band continues their world domination. Recently, the duo achieved a unique chart-topping feat, becoming the third rock act ever to have two singles in the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100 simultaneously (“Heathens” and “Ride”).
