Sonny “Skrillex” Moore celebrated his 29th birthday with an epic surprise for fans. The renowned EDM DJ and former emo vocalist From First to Last, reunited with his teenage band to release the single “Make War.”
According to the group, “Sonny co-wrote the track in addition to lending his vocals and production skills for the original band’s first reunion in more than a decade, with all other original members returning for their respective roles.”
It’s been 10 years since Moore collaborated with his former bandmates, but that hasn’t stopped fans from questioning what’s to come next. Whether the reunion is just a one-off birthday gift or a bonafide homecoming remains unclear.
