The iconic three-day, heavy, rock ‘n’ roll festival in the Windy City is only a few months away and this year’s lineup boasts a handful of rock ‘n’ all-stars (not to mention Hall of Famers). Rock ‘n’ roll icons Kiss, Ozzy Osbourne and Korn headline Chicago Open Air, set to take place July 14-16, 2017 at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Ill.
This year’s lineup consists of performances from Rob Zombie, Slayer, Godsmack, Stone Sour, Megadeath, Lamb Of God, Seether, Meshuggah, Anthrax, Clutch and many more.
Randy Blythe of Lamb Of Good commented on the festival:
Wassup Chicago! We’re stoked to be playing the Chicago Open Air this year. It’ll be nice to be outside in Illinois for a change, especially since it won’t be 10 below, haha. So come on out and bring your baggies, bikinis and suntan lotion, and surfboards (okay, so you can leave the surfboards at home). See ya there!
Rock is alive and well throughout the midwest and Chicago Open Air is a testament to one of America’s top music destinations.
General admission and VIP passes are now available through the festival’s website.
