Phantogram (formerly Charlie Everywhere) is an American music duo from Greenwich, NY, formed in 2007 and consisting of Josh Carter (vocals, guitars) and Sarah Barthel (vocals, keyboards). The band name was inspired by an optical illusion called a phantogram, in which two-dimensional images appear to be three-dimensional.

The band released their third studio album, appropriately titled Three in October. Phantogram’s best work showcases the duo’s ability to turn dark into light. Subsequently, the album explores a level of maturity and diversity that wasn’t seen on previous albums. The cerebral tunes translate into a unique live show that’s as trip, dreamy and electro as their music – a belief that the band has always stood by.
